Ethical Issues surrounding AI and Workforce

I spoke to Morning Brew about the ethical implications and risks that AI and automation may pose for the workforce. As I emphasize in the artticle: “We need to ensure, from the regulator side, mechanisms to better protect the workforce and unions in general, and we need to invest more in upskilling people…so they’re better equipped to fulfill the new jobs that will be created through AI.”
