New AI Ethics PI Position

I’m thrilled to start a new academic chapter this month as the Principal Investigator for a Junior Research Group in the Ethics of AI (Nachwuchsgruppe) based at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the Munich Center for Machine Learning.
 
I am grateful to be working alongside Sven Nyholm, whose professorship will provide a home for the group. Our team will focus on responsible AI governance as well as philosophical issues in AI ethics.
 
Also, job alert: I will be hiring two full-time PhD researchers in the ethics AI to join and become core members of our team – start date 2024. More info about this soon.
